The amount of time I waited compared to the attention I actually received was extremely disappointing. After waiting two hours for an appointment scheduled more than a month in advance, I only received five minutes of rushed attention, and Dr. Perez did not seem to listen to what I was saying. I honestly do not know who is responsible for this poor experience, the doctor or the secretary.

The staff members here are rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Not all of them are, but some are extremely frustrating to deal with and unpleasant to communicate with. The doctor himself is kind and professional, but certain staff members are the complete opposite. The behavior is disrespectful because gossip is common, and approaching them feels difficult and uncomfortable.

Dr. Oliver Perez is a decently nice doctor, but some of the staff members are rude and disrespectful. Dr. Perez is often approachable, but his staff is terrible to communicate with. Many of them will ignore your questions and just continue speaking or doing their thing as if they didn’t hear you. They’re very disrespectful in this regard, and their attitudes will make you not want to come back.

This dermatology office has been very frustrating. The staff does not return calls and it feels like nobody is paying attention. I had to call many times just to get a reply. When someone finally answered, my issue was not written down or followed up. I kept having to repeat myself which got tiring. It is also hard to see a real doctor there. Most of the time you only talk to staff who cannot really help. I am very disappointed and would not go back.

Scheduling an appointment at a medical office should provide reassurance and clarity. The visit unfortunately felt rushed and poorly communicated. Questions during the consultation did not receive the detailed explanations expected from a healthcare provider. Waiting time was also longer than anticipated without much update about delays. Instead of leaving with confidence, the appointment felt impersonal and unsatisfying. A stronger focus on patient communication would make a significant difference.
