This was easily one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional. I left the office in tears; Dr. Adunka was not only rude but went out of his way to make me feel unintelligent. While the front desk staff was very kind, the rest of the clinical team treated me with total disrespect. Ironically, because I have a hearing impairment, the staff acted as if I were incapable of understanding them, and then proceeded to speak poorly about me right in front of me. Dr. Adunka did my second surgery for a left side cochlear implant. He's absolutely amazing! The incision scar looks wonderful. Very good Doctor!
