I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Olga Swanson. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. Her assistant, Julia E., was equally kind and supportive, always going above and beyond to make me feel cared for. Every concern I had was listened to and addressed thoughtfully, and I truly felt in the best hands throughout my visits. I’m so thankful for this amazing team and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Was made to feel stupid for asking a question about my body. Saw a new gyn who answered my question kindly after an examination and confirmed that I had valid reason for my concern. It's hard enough to ask sensitive questions but when you are made to feel like you shouldn't be asking them, there is no trust.

I have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed. Dr. Olga is a highly professional physician and a pleasant person. However, her subordinates are negligent and unmotivated. During an urgent medical situation, they scheduled a meeting with a surgeon without even verifying my insurance, which caused a serious and unacceptable delay. This is gross negligence!
