Avoid Dr. Olga Smutco. See Dr. Krey if you can, I wish I had. Dr. Smutco recommended and performed what I later learned was an unnecessary surgery on a mucocele, also known as an oral mucous cyst, which would have healed on its own. I now have permanent nerve damage in my mouth, and cannot speak or eat without an uncomfortable or painful pinching sensation. Apparently this will never go away.
