After being a patient for 6 years, I was forced to find out about my devastating, life altering diagnosis via the portal!! Dr Noskin refused to call me to discuss!! She said in the portal I could make an appt, however there were no appointments for 5 months!! Office staff was unsympathetic and overheard them say, while I was on the phone, she's crying and laughed. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a Dr and her staff!!!
