Her website states "$199 - ONE AREA (FOREHEAD, or GLABELLA, or CROWFEET) OR 500$ for whole face" with respect to Botox. I made an appointment for a forehead treatment. When I arrived she told me "oh.. $200 for the forehead is for women with small foreheads. You're a man and have strong muscles so you'll need more Botox. It'll cost $500 to treat your forehead".
