DrJoukovski has been my dr for very many yrs and has done an excellent job providing my care.She listens to you and makes sure you understand the care and information she is providing. I always ask to be seen by only Dr Joukovski and my request were always met. Once I had an emergency and could only be seen by the nurse practitioner Glenda.Omg she is awesome; that I decided to make all my appts with her. Unavailable to contact by phone or texts. Completely detached from patients. If you text, you won't get anything. If you call, good luck. Nobody answers. Need to talk to my doctor? Forget about it! The most HORRIBLE doctor to patient contact. I would not recommend going to this place! The girls at the front desk are very unprofessional and seems like they are being put out to answer questions or answer phone calls. Looking for a new DR.
What most reviews regarding front staff is accurate. They don’t ever answer the phone or even worse don’t ever return calls why bother leaving a message ? It is very sad patients with dyer medical needs are having to look for another doctor because the customer service here is absent from the front staff. I used to work for a doctor and he would not have tolerated his patients treated this way. I hope the doctors and nurse practitioners will realize that their staff are doing them a bad service and hurting very sick patients... read more
The lack of response from phone calls, vouce mails and patient portal messages forced me to find another Dr. Office. I really liked Glenda. She spent time explaining medical test results and showed she truly cared about your health. I can ignore the unprofessional front office staff but not able to get an appointment or response left me no choice as I couldn't wait any longer to address my health care needs.
Glenda is amazing however the front desk receptionist is rude and does not provide good customer service. She makes you feel rushed. Also they never answer their phones, we constantly have to call back to back to get a hold of anyone.
