What most reviews regarding front staff is accurate. They don’t ever answer the phone or even worse don’t ever return calls why bother leaving a message ? It is very sad patients with dyer medical needs are having to look for another doctor because the customer service here is absent from the front staff. I used to work for a doctor and he would not have tolerated his patients treated this way. The lack of response from phone calls, vouce mails and patient portal messages forced me to find another Dr. Office. I really liked Glenda. She spent time explaining medical test results and showed she truly cared about your health. I can ignore the unprofessional front office staff but not able to get an appointment or response left me no choice as I couldn't wait any longer to address my health care needs.
Glenda is amazing however the front desk receptionist is rude and does not provide good customer service. She makes you feel rushed. Also they never answer their phones, we constantly have to call back to back to get a hold of anyone.
the staff and physicians are all very kind but it's literally impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. i once tried calling 5 times on a day they were supposed to be open, and couldn't get anyone to answer. this is a normal occurrence. i've never actually met dr. joukovski, only nurse practitioners. i will be finding another clinic and doctor.
