Worst doctor office! Never answers the phone, yet the website states they are open. My husband’s other doctors have been calling for referrals since July with NO response. No response to doctor nor patients!
Dr. Olga Joukovski is compassionate and thorough, and she takes time to explain my condition and results of my laboratory tests clearly and concisely. She recommends treatment options to help improve my symptoms and listens to my own opinion. She is always attentive to my concerns which make me feel comfortable. I am really surprised to see all of the bad reviews regarding the front desk staff. They were super nice and very attentive. I see APRN Karina Cuellar and she's amazing! I really enjoyed speaking to Rosario in the lab. She was excellent as well.
Phone never gets answered nor patient portal. Never see Dr. J or Glenda anymore. Owed $73 because front desk never collected my $20 deductible but why odd $ amount. Not seen til paid, mo med refills. looking for new Dr for our insurance
Just like most are saying, it's impossible to get a call back. Even when sending messages through the portal you get one response per day. I like the Drs, but the customer service is not good.
