Absolutely Horrible Staff — Do Not Waste Your Time The most pathetic and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Now I understand why this office has such poor reviews. Dr. Jesus Yanes is a great doctor, but unfortunately his staff is completely unacceptable. They are rude, dismissive, and clearly do not understand their own office policies. I’m getting tired of medical bills from well check lab follow ups or even sick visits for that matter. It seems to be the office staff do not know how to bill the insurance . I have two insurances and there should never be a bill but apparently the billing codes they use do not justify the visit. Come on people you should already know how insurance operate and what they demand in order to pay. The Referral coordinator is unprofessional, unresponsive, and by far the worse employee at this office. She raiser her voice, speaks over you, and yells at the patient. Referrals don't get done or take months to get done and you have to go pick them up to ensure that they reached the proper doctors. She has no empathy or sympathy for the elder and certainly does not care about Dr J or Glenda's patients.
Dr. Junkovski is a very attentive listener. I have no problems with her but the staff she has surrounded herself with are horrible. I came in as a new patient with great hopes that she was going to be able to help me with my weight problems and internal issues. I gave it 9 months. When I was still on phase 1 after all that time, I never found out results from any tests and referrals to specialists that were a lot worse, were never followed up on or another referral given, I just could not continue with them.
