Thank you to Dr Olga and all the wonderful staff at Pindara Day Procedure Centre. Everyone I encountered was so lovely, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Dr Olga was especially empathetic and caring — I truly felt in good hands. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.
I was appalled and humiliated when Pindara emergency told me Dr Ellison would not see me because her staff found me rude 2 years ago. Dr Ellison, your staff were unhelpful and rude to me, I had to keep chasing them up. All I ever did was advocate for myself. It felt like your mannerism was defensive and on attack which is also unprofessional, but I let it go.
