Shocking. My tests results show positive diagnosis while the lab personal made a mistake and wrote the result is negative. While the actual numbers say otherwise which was then proven by other doctors. In stead of looking into numbers, Dr Ellison refused to give me any treatment saying the test result is stated as negative. Thank you to Dr Olga and all the wonderful staff at Pindara Day Procedure Centre. Everyone I encountered was so lovely, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Dr Olga was especially empathetic and caring — I truly felt in good hands. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.
I was appalled and humiliated when Pindara emergency told me Dr Ellison would not see me because her staff found me rude 2 years ago. Dr Ellison, your staff were unhelpful and rude to me, I had to keep chasing them up. All I ever did was advocate for myself. It felt like your mannerism was defensive and on attack which is also unprofessional, but I let it go.
