Extremely rude office staff with no phone etiquette. Lost my appointment and accused me of lying about it. So rude, after waiting two months for an appointment they totally screwed me over and made absolutely no effort to help get me in sooner. This is not how you run a business let alone a doctors office.
I moved to New Jersey 5 years ago and Dr belder has been my primary physician ever since...you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients well being and will do anything to make them healthy. The only issue I have is the wait time. If you have an appointment at 1030, you shouldn't still be waiting for a room an hour later. Overbooking maybe?? Other than that, the place is awesome. Highly recommended Dr wise
DO NOT use Google to find this Dr's office. You will end up at an Italian restaurant. Ask lots of questions where they are and landmarks. First time here and staff seems decent but the Dr genuinely seems concerned about your well being. I hope this is a start of a beautiful relationship.
