The administrator of Elena Trinchuk is very rude. She was impolite, unprofessional, and unpleasant to communicate with. This behavior is unacceptable and left a very negative impression.
Avoid at all costs. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I did not plan to leave any reviews and stopped being a patient here a while ago but they won’t stop contacting me. I have had it with this clinic and this will be a long review. I was a patient here for several years since its close to home and Dr. Trinchuk was our family doctor. Would give 0 stars if there was an option. I don’t believe this doctor has any ethics or integrity. I’m not even sure she enjoys her profession and cares about her patients. She rushes you, is extremely arrogant, and terrible listener. She puts your health more at risk, very unhelpful and will always make condescending remarks. She should not be practicing. Find another doctor!
