At the beginning she was rude, but now she has improved her service, she's polite, she assists our requests and she has been our Family doctor for about 4 years.
Saw her a few times, although she was professional her expertise did not follow through. I requested a GI specialists for 2 years with her, while bloodwork and OTC pills were done, my problem did not resolve. I went to a different clinic, got the referral first time, GI found a had an on-going issue which requires life time medication.
I experienced highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from Dr. Olena Trinchuk. Such conduct should not be tolerated in a clinical environment. This situation resulted in a significant waste of my time and caused unnecessary stress.
A true professional
About a year or two ago, she was my family doctor. I only saw her twice, and I immediately realized she was a terrible doctor and person. She wasn't interested in my problems; apparently, she was there for some unknown reason. She's terrible. I hope she reads this! So after those two visits, I immediately found a new doctor, and my entire family who used to go to her also found another doctor. I don't recommend this terrible, incompetent doctor to anyone.
