I was there for lab works. The staff (receptionist ) looked so preoccupied that she did not even look at the patient coming in to check in. The one who drew my blood did not introduce her self nor verify my identity before drawing the blood. Isn’t this basic? When I told her that my torniquete was too tight she reapplied it the same way without even apologizing no verbal interaction at all. Like many other people,I also agree that the person who answers the phone is rude.Schedulling an appointment is like pulling teeth.Luckily,the doctor is great.Olena Hungerford is an excellent doctor. Schedulling an appointment was a nightmare.Tatiyana who answered the phone was RUDE and Unhelpful.She will find any bogus excuse for NOT schedulling an appointment.
