"In 2021, the surgeon performed a septum deviation surgery (septoplasty) on my nose due to my complaint of difficulty breathing. Following the operation, I continued to experience burning and congestion in my nose. On every subsequent visit, the surgeon repeatedly dismissed my symptoms, stating that 'it requires time' and intentionally delayed a proper diagnosis. This continued for two years. Had to go in for day surgery, Dr Butskiy was wonderful , very knowledgeable, competent, and caring....He was sensitive and accomadating to my needs ...
