The receptionist is lazy Arrogant old woman My partner have been going to see this dr Oley for over 20 years we have done her jobs and rudely this old receptionist didn’t even bother to look at the computer or the fax machine of his piss test has arrive when the lad who send the results last week and re send again on Friday. I wouldn’t recommend these practices woman is lazy time to get new receptionist who actually willing to do there jobs 20 years even pretended she didn’t know him that’s how ugly and old she is.

Dr Oleh Kay has been my dr for over 10 years on a need to use basis and is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. HOWEVER I recently tried to book an appointment with Margaret the receptionist and not only was she rude every single time I called (leaving me feel worse than I already did) but she also said that I had to go to their office for an appointment even though I had stated I had moved 2 hours away, I was not allowed a zoom appointment. Dr Oleh Kay is one of the best in the industry. He has a very calm laid back approach, and in saying that he’s a dedicated practitioner and always has sound advise and time for me when I’ve needed it most. He’s style Is very refreshing. I’ve been a patient of his for over 20 years now and the amusing occasional banta makes it all the more welcoming. And without a doubt the best psyche with his down to earth and calming approach. thanks doc 💛 it’s an accommodating thing to be able to have that with a doctor

Don't use this practice unless you want to be stuffed around by incompetent office staff. DR Oleh Kay was great, I couldn't fault his services but the receptionist (Kris) is so unprofessional and rude!. Any request is abruptly answered and everything is made to be an inconvenience for her even though its her job. They charged me $50 for a script to be sent to my house, which got lost and now they can't provide me with a tracking number or any paperwork to chase it up. Dr Oleh Kay is A GIANT OF A MAN, a man among men. His dedication to and knowledge of his discipline is on a stratospheric level, far in excess of his contemporaries OR ANYBODY. You will not meet many people in your whole life as straight, honest, insightful and true as Oleh. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is “the real thing”, Just as real as it gets.
