The receptionist whoever she is HORRIBLE. I guess she is Dr. Bankolie Sister. She is HORRIBLE With Customer Service 😕. I have been a patient of Dr. Bankolie and every visit she attacks me. He needs to send her to Customer Service Training. I'm Never Nevar going to this office
Not in a hurry to finish with a patient, listens to your questions & sits with the patient to explain every question asked!
Empty office, not a single patient in the building for 20 minutes. They claimed to be fully committed for the entire day. No walk-ins accepted. Needed a referral for a life-saving procedure and they refused to see my uncle for at least a week. Office is a failure and goes against the oath doctors take. Provided zero help, zero options. Was willing to wait all day long, and were still told they wouldn’t see him. Doctor is also going on vacation so next week might be out of the availability as well.
