The facility is operated poorly! Appointments are given for 9:00 AM with office staff arriving at 9:00 or a little after so you’re standing outside. The doctor’s ETA is 09:30-09:45. Repeated incidences of unprofessionalism displayed from the onsite laboratory to the front desk. Complaints/concerns presented to the provider with no hopefully resolve. Initially choose the facility due to insurance coverage & location near my job! The true rating is a zero stat but that’s not optional!
One of the worst medical office I have ever experienced. They had no "my chart", the doctor worked only 3 days. The office staff never answered the phone. I couldn't even leave a voice message. They had no e-mail.
