Horrible receptionist!!!!!! Unfortunately, his wait times have increased exponentially to the point where, going to see him is usually a half-day event. For this reason, and the rudness of the receptionist, I am thinking seriously of finding a new doctor. I do have to say, however, that he's very thorough, caring and has a great sense of humour.
