I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and was told it was because the doctor I was seeing was "slow" by "Helen" at the front desk. Then when I called in for biopsy test results I was told the doctor was out and would not be in the office for the rest of the week so I would have to wait another 6 days for results Again dealing with "Helen".
