STAFF IS HORRIBLE. THEY GIVE YOU WRONG MEDS MAKE YOU WAIT WEEKS TO GET MEDS AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY WILL EVEN FORGET TO GIVE YOU A DIAGNOSIS AND DONT PUT YOUR NEW MEDS ON YOUR CHART. DONT EVER GO HERE!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!! NEVER IN THE OFFICE. ALWAYS HAS NURSE PRACTITIONER. HORRIBLE WITH SIGNING AND FAXING PAPER WORK!
I was a patient for 10 years. I love Dr. Nwabara but I can not stomach another day with his unprofessional staff. They NEVER EVER answer calls! You leave a message and no one ever call you back. The moral in the office is very subpar and I don't know if Nwbara knows or not cause he should. The NP Edith act like she knows nothing. I had to go otherwise I would really act up! DON'T GO HERE
This doctor is never in town. My father needed a referral from his primary physician (Dr. Nwabara) and had to wait over a month to get the referral because the Dr was always out of the country. No one answers the phone in the Gary office, so I had to continue to go in, only to find that they had no patients in the office. Truly disappointed!!!!
