Extremely disappointed in Dr. McGeachy’s office. My wife got double billed after going for a physical. We are fully aware that any complaint during an annual physical can result in separate billing but when you ask a patient how she is doing and she tells you she is “tired/fatigue” like we all are you shouldn’t grab that and bill for extra compensation. What Dr's office calls you on your birthday! LOVE IT! Got a call this morning and it was only to say HBD! My Dr is better than yours!! LOL!
My appointment today with Dr. McGeachy was great! The staff welcomed me when I walked in. The young gentleman who took my vital signs was polite. Dr. McGeachy was professional and supportive to my needs and concerns. I came for a follow up. The GOAL FAMILY is on point when it comes to patients follow up appointments. The appointment went well and I definitely recommend going to the GOAL FAMILY MEDICAL for your health journey. Take Care
Doctor is nice and professional but would never use them again. I stopped using her office in 2023 after being charged for a follow up phone call just to tell me my blood work was fine and when i asked my blood type i was told that would be another test and co pay and another paid follow up phone call. Seemed ridiculous never had a doctor do that before but i moved on.
