My senior citizen mother had the worst experience with this practice. She felt her tooth being pulled and when she asked for more anesthesia the dentist told her to stay still. "If you don't stay still....." is the language that he used. Glad that I wasn't the patient in the chair. I would've excused the provider and left the office.
Dr. Waite and his staff are caring, kind, and professional. They treated my 98 yr old dad so well! I highly recommend this dentist and his caring staff.
Had all four wisdom teeth extracted about a month ago, after being referred to this office from a family member. I had put off having the procedure done for years. Dr. Waite and his staff were professional and communicated all of the steps of the process, including detailed steps on how to take care of your mouth after the procedure. The office followed up a day after the extraction to check how I was doing, which was nice. So far everything has healed properly and my mouth is back to normal. I would recommend this office.
My 21yr old daughter just had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone from the front desk, dentist and his assistants were all super professional, polite and friendly. The office is big and clean. The whole process took no more than 1hr. 15 minutes.
Horrible customer service all the way around. I brought my sister in today for a consultation. She is disabled and she is on Medicare and Medicaid, I called in advance to see if they accepted this and they said yes. Filled out the paperwork when we got there, showed them her insurance and they took photos. Got a 5 minute consultation and went to check out.
