Wonderful staff, everyone was nice and Dr Waite explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely refer my friends and family here for treatment.
If I could give more starts I would! My experience here was a dream! I was told by another place that he couldn’t pull my tooth without putting me under because it would be too complicated. When I went here, they got me in right away for an emergency extraction, and he pulled the tooth seamlessly WITHOUT SEDATION!
My senior citizen mother had the worst experience with this practice. She felt her tooth being pulled and when she asked for more anesthesia the dentist told her to stay still. "If you don't stay still....." is the language that he used. Glad that I wasn't the patient in the chair. I would've excused the provider and left the office.
Dr. Waite and his staff are caring, kind, and professional. They treated my 98 yr old dad so well! I highly recommend this dentist and his caring staff.
Had all four wisdom teeth extracted about a month ago, after being referred to this office from a family member. I had put off having the procedure done for years. Dr. Waite and his staff were professional and communicated all of the steps of the process, including detailed steps on how to take care of your mouth after the procedure. The office followed up a day after the extraction to check how I was doing, which was nice. So far everything has healed properly and my mouth is back to normal. I would recommend this office.
