Website says they offer PRP when I called they said they don't offer PRP. The person continued to say come in and have a consult. Doesn't make sense.
I was depressed because of baldness. One of my friends recommended me to Dr. Octain and went there for consultation. After my first appointment I had the hair transplant surgery and omg that was the best decision I’ve made in my life. It’s been 6 months that my transplant is done and I see the best results. They know the need of patients and have the latest equipment in their clinic. If you have baldness problem, I strongly recommend you Dr. Octain. From front desk to the end every staff member does the excellent job.
Dr. Octain and his staff are simply the best! There's no other way to describe it. They are so thorough with their work and they go above and beyond in making me comfortable. I will definitely be going back to them for my next procedure as well as recommend them to anyone I know who is interested in a similar procedure.
All staff from walking into facility and to after procedure and follow up visits, was very pleasant and very professional. Would recommend facility
