DOCTOR OZIGBO IS GREAT! THE PROBLEM IS HIS ENTITLED STAFF. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF AT DR. OZIGBO’S OFFICE. KATHLEEN WAS INCREDIBLY SHORT, DISRESPECTFUL, AND RUDE. SHE GENUINELY MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR PATIENTS TO ACTUALLY SEE THE DOCTOR. KATHLEEN HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING AS A RECEPTIONIST, AND QUITE FRANKLY, SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING IN HEALTHCARE AT ALL GIVEN HER LACK OF COMPASSION AND PROFESSIONALISM.
