We didn’t like the service
Unfortunately, my son’s experience with Dr Obinna Ekeocha was deeply disappointing. He left the appointment feeling dismissed and unsupported, despite seeking help for stress and mental health concerns. The consultation lacked empathy and failed to explore relevant history, which ultimately made his situation worse. I would not recommend this doctor for young people needing compassionate mental health care.
Doctor Obi seems competent however he is failed entirely by his practice manager and reception staff who are horrible. In all aspects, unkind, unfriendly, uncaring disrespectful and above the law. I will be lodging complaint with medical boards and pursuing legal action for violations to medical privacy committed as retaliation to a negative review by the practice manager.
