I wish there was 0 stars. I don't know how people give 5 star for this company. Total waste of money, just to change a shower knob I spent $650 and $300 for membership( 10% off on service, which the tech said it was lie from the company). The tech Francis was very rude and was very keen only on money. He bought a shower knob for $16 and charged me $50 and $600 for his service. I called the company and said to change the tech. I decided to call Goodin Plumbing Repairs and thankfully, their technician, came and told me that two of the toilets needed minor tank rebuilt. He fixed the issue with the toilet and the overuse of water. Very satisfied with what they did and their price was very good. Highly recommend this company.
