I had an appointment with her & her secretary said the doctor will call you,Ms.Glory in 5 minutes, well that doctor as she calls herself called me 48 minutes later & I was quite perturbed,she told me she needed a pick me up so she went to Starbucks for coffee,waiting in line at the drive thru,well now if I was late for close to N hour,would you expect to take me,why no I wouldn't because I have other patients,so I didn't pay her,.Poor excuse for a doctor, but in my mind,she is a worthless human being,a poor example of a huma... read more
Dr. Penciu is a very professional personal and extremely patient when consulting with patient in the office. She is up to date with various treatments and the latest tests. She will give a patient all the necessary time in the appointment and never rush you out of the office. She is my favorite doctor of all my other doctors.
Dr. Penciu has seen both my husband and myself! I was so pleased by her attention to my own family heart-history and the details of my own life’s habits, as well as a keen understanding of where to seek improvement, so my heart health continues on a healthier path! She is easy to discuss details with and is genuinely interested in her patients concerns. She is highly qualified, professional, supportive and cheerful. One of the best physicians I’ve seen in a very long time!
