Dr. Penciu is a very professional personal and extremely patient when consulting with patient in the office. She is up to date with various treatments and the latest tests. She will give a patient all the necessary time in the appointment and never rush you out of the office. She is my favorite doctor of all my other doctors.
Dr. Penciu has seen both my husband and myself! I was so pleased by her attention to my own family heart-history and the details of my own life’s habits, as well as a keen understanding of where to seek improvement, so my heart health continues on a healthier path! She is easy to discuss details with and is genuinely interested in her patients concerns. She is highly qualified, professional, supportive and cheerful. One of the best physicians I’ve seen in a very long time!
