Dr. Tarabain has amazing bedside manners (I’d actually say one of the best I’ve come across). Talked me through both procedures that I had done awake. He asked many questions, and even went above and beyond during the procedures to diagnose my problem. His team was very supportive as well. Would highly recommend. Thank you, Dr. Tarabain and staff!
I had an appointment scheduled and still ended up waiting over 50 minutes past my appointment time without being seen. No one informed me of the delay or offered any explanation. I eventually had to leave because I had a work meeting and couldn’t wait any longer. My time is just as valuable as the doctor’s, and this level of disrespect for scheduling is unacceptable. If you’re running behind, patients should be notified so they can plan accordingly. Very disappointing experience.

I tried to call for the past 2 weeks and all that I get is ...someone picks up the phone and hangs up right away...God knows why ..maybe this is what they are paid for to hang up phones.....
Worst place to be at called to book an appointment give me a date and time show up on my appointment on time and surprisingly, I don’t have an appointment there. Because the nurse michelle did not put it . Please everyone, if you book your appointment, make sure you record your call cause they will tell u dont have any appointments no one will love to walk in to an appointment that not been scheduled we dont take time off work to come just because. Unless we re sure its an appointment.
