Have always had a good experience with the practice, reception staff are all so helpful and friendly. Having my regular bloods now done at the surgery is so helpful and Monika was very professional. As was the nurse when I had my injection done . Keep up the good work
I just want to say how wonderful all the staff are. They are always friendly, helpful and ready to listen and help. We recently went to have our flu jab. It is so nice they use our first names to welcome us and make us feel at ease
I can not praise all the doctors, nurses, office manager and receptionists highly enough. Very busy practice but well run with care and consideration for patients. Genuine compassion and professionalism always shown.
A gem of a practice. All the staff really care, they listen to you and always try to help. Since my last practice closed due to the retirement of the two wonderful doctors I had known for over 20 years in 2016 I had despaired of ever finding such care again - but here it is. Judging by the two practices I had to attend before Abridge. This is a rare diamond in the days of phone queues for half an hour etc. this place really cares - so if you are lucky enough to be offered care here, grab it with both hands. NHS at its best!
Fantastic care, wonderful staff. Have only been with them for a while but they have fixed or are in the process of fixing where my last GP failed. Could not recommend them enough
