Fantastic care, wonderful staff. Have only been with them for a while but they have fixed or are in the process of fixing where my last GP failed. Could not recommend them enough
Only Been with this surgery for 3 years due to moving down here. The worst surgery I've ever come across. They lie through their teeth. They lie about blood results. They lie on referrals letters about medication. The drs do not listen. You would think after contacting the gmc board about certain drs they would get their act together. They do not listen to the patient. They refuse you medication and you have to beg. Even though they take you off your old meds and put you on something new that you know its not the right thing... read more
Always so super helpful! Very lucky to have the lovely staff and amazing doctors to help the local people!
I don't know what it takes to get an appointment here, even for my children I am constantly told to ring 111 and end up taking my 2 children (who have disabilities)all the way to Harlow hospital when the dr surgery is a 2 minute walk from me. Absolutely shocking.
This gp is terible. We are with them for a couple years and it’s always a struggle to get an apointment. I call at 8:00 and after i wait 25 min on the line they tell you that there’s no apointments available today call again tomorow. This happend so many times that i am fed up with it. Two days in a row i called and i’ve been told the same thing, call again tomorow. I do not recomand !!!!
