I’ve recently joined this surgery and have found them a very friendly team. Jaqueline (the nurse) was superb and instantly made me feel comfortable (easiest smear I’ve ever experienced) later I had a full blood count done with Monica who was also delightful. The downside is the tall glass reception partitions. I understand implemented since covid but I’m not keen as it’s a total barrier !
My grandparents recently moved from London to this area and registered to this practice. I was amazed at the same day appointment system, We never had this in London. And the staff are so helpful and caring. Wish I could register my kids but we are outside of the catchment. Top notch health care.
Have always had a good experience with the practice, reception staff are all so helpful and friendly. Having my regular bloods now done at the surgery is so helpful and Monika was very professional. As was the nurse when I had my injection done . Keep up the good work
I just want to say how wonderful all the staff are. They are always friendly, helpful and ready to listen and help. We recently went to have our flu jab. It is so nice they use our first names to welcome us and make us feel at ease
I can not praise all the doctors, nurses, office manager and receptionists highly enough. Very busy practice but well run with care and consideration for patients. Genuine compassion and professionalism always shown.
