Fantastic care, wonderful staff. Have only been with them for a while but they have fixed or are in the process of fixing where my last GP failed. Could not recommend them enough

Only Been with this surgery for 3 years due to moving down here. The worst surgery I've ever come across. They lie through their teeth. They lie about blood results. They lie on referrals letters about medication. The drs do not listen. You would think after contacting the gmc board about certain drs they would get their act together. They do not listen to the patient. They refuse you medication and you have to beg. I don't know what it takes to get an appointment here, even for my children I am constantly told to ring 111 and end up taking my 2 children (who have disabilities)all the way to Harlow hospital when the dr surgery is a 2 minute walk from me. Absolutely shocking.

I am extremely grateful to have such a wonderful doctor. Dr Colvin is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. I’ve been a patient here for around 4 months and the service I receive every time is 10/10. The receptionists are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you have all the correct information. Dr Colvin takes his time in your appointment and you don’t ever feel rushed out of the door. This gp is terible. We are with them for a couple years and it’s always a struggle to get an apointment. I call at 8:00 and after i wait 25 min on the line they tell you that there’s no apointments available today call again tomorow. This happend so many times that i am fed up with it. Two days in a row i called and i’ve been told the same thing, call again tomorow. I do not recomand !!!!
