Had to go through a big mess about how she billed me. I felt as if the billing was unjustified and currently still working with my insurance company. I think she is indeed laid back but very helpful and efficient. I get seen right away - no waiting - I love that. When she orders tests its very fast and efficient. Love how they have so many specialists and able to do many diagnostic things. So glad I found her.
