This clinic seems focused on making money only. After completing dr. visit and the lab work, they insisted I schedule an in-person appointment to discuss the results—an appointment I would be charged for. When I asked if the results could be reviewed over the phone, they suggested a virtual appointment instead so they bill for it. Dr Ahmed is the most compassionate Dr . She will listen to everything and come up with solutions rather than dismissing your concerns.
Look for another doctor if you want proper care. I have been a patient here for years. Initially pleased, but this practice has grown too much, too fast that they can’t handle their patients. They refuse to return calls to schedule yearly physicals or refill very important prescriptions stating that they need a yearly physical first. Unable to do so even after MULTIPLE messages are left for staff. A lawsuit waiting to happen.
