Look for another doctor if you want proper care. I have been a patient here for years. Initially pleased, but this practice has grown too much, too fast that they can’t handle their patients. They refuse to return calls to schedule yearly physicals or refill very important prescriptions stating that they need a yearly physical first. Unable to do so even after MULTIPLE messages are left for staff. A lawsuit waiting to happen.

Went in for the blood draw , really like the tech , in one needle, she drew the blood; pls keep her Last time somone else had to poke 2x to draw the blood

I dont knkw about you, but doctor visits arent fun. I dont want to know whats wrong with me lol. Dr Ahmed and her staff, especially nurses are wonderful. I work in Healthcare and the insurance world is a headache but they do it with grace. Also Dr Ahmed is knowledgeable, caring, empathic & will do what she can for you but again, your insurance has to Approve! So before taking anything out on staff or MDO, maybe its your insurance.

I had taken appointment for yearly physical and got lab work and scan ordered in this visit which would have been fully covered by my insurance provider provided the office has sent it using yearly physical code but they sent it as Office visit and I received $330.98 as bill in mail. And I was also forced to take another appointment which was tele, to hear the same message what the nurse had earlier conveyed me on call and received a bill $225.26. And additional bill for lab and scan $109.68 + $ 587. Please be careful.
