Returned for sensitivity in the tooth that he did, the root canal on, and then he said, I need a root canal in the next tooth which he looked at two weeks before. Then I realized he didn't know what he was doing. Sold me some mouth wash to stop the sensitivity. I had to go to the dental school because he was just trying to give me root canals. I had a great experience at Artistic Dental Centre. The front staff are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Nse is excellent—he explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel at ease throughout the entire visit. I’ve had negative experiences at other offices, so I was a bit nervous, but he was very gentle and reassuring. The hygienists are also friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment after being told my insurance was accepted. Two weeks later, and only an hour before my appointment, I was informed that they actually do not take my insurance. I had already taken time off work and could have made arrangements elsewhere if this had been communicated sooner. Very frustrating experience.
