Two weeks ago, I took my father to see Dr Nova at Dandenong clinic because he was experiencing tooth pain. After examining him, she discovered that the problem was not actually related to his teeth and required different medical care. Even though it was outside her area of treatment, Dr Nova went above and beyond to help us. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Nova and the entire team during my tooth extraction procedure. From the moment I walk-in, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming and compassionate which really help ease my nerves. Fantastic experience getting my wisdom teeth out with Dr Gibson. She was so thorough with me taking time to explain everything and the extraction experience was far better than I had hoped. No pain at all, just some funny jokes from the nurse.
left over tooth fragments, struggled to remove it..tries to rush you out cause she got 10 other patients in the waiting room. Not patient centric.
