Doctor Panishian is rude and unprofessional. She screams to her personal in front of the patients. She is always rushing when see her patients.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment with Dr. Noune Pashinyan was scheduled and confirmed for 2:30 PM. We arrived early at 2:25 PM. At the front desk, we were told we’d be seen in about 15 minutes which is fine, delays happen. But they had multiple patients booked for the exact same time, all sitting there waiting. That already tells you a lot about how this office is run. Dr Noune was very rude. She was in a rush and did not take the time to listen to our concerns. She didn’t even bother to read the hospital discharge notes before she saw the patient. All she wanted to do is give injections without even explaining or allowing the patient to consent to the treatment. We were treated very poorly and will not be going back to get office ever again.
Dr. Pashinian is truly an exceptional rheumatologist. She has been caring for my dad with great professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, she took the time to listen carefully to all our concerns, explained the diagnosis thoroughly, and created a treatment plan that was both thoughtful and effective. Highly knowledgeable and attentive throughout the visit. Took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. The follow-up care was prompt and thorough. Would recommend without hesitation.
