The staff was nice when I was there in person. I went in to get xrays to compare with previous scans of an injury. I only talked with a nurse who said that after the xrays they would call me to discuss where i was at. I never received a call and whenever i called the office i was bounced around until i hit a dead end and was dropped by their system. It seems an insurmountable task to talk to anyone who might be in the know so if you go here do not leave until you have all the information necessary to you.
Very nice gave all options. Wife came in not able to hardly move.. after surgery she can use her hands and legs. She’s happy able to get around again.
I really really loved his explanation of my situation. His bedside manners were fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very thorough with my examination and explaining my MRI to me. He gave me the choice of having surgery when I was ready. Not when he was. He gave me three different options. Even after my appointment he met me in the hallway of the office and talked to me some more. Like I said I would recommend him to anyone.
