Dr pflaster has been very helpful and supportive.
Misdiagnosed me. Said I had Parkinson’s for 7 years. I discovered I have Neuropathy. He never tested me for anything. He is charming and easy to believe. He wasted my 7 years. Try another neurologist.
Thorough, explained everything well, and took his time. Didn't order anything that was unnecessary and was complete with his assessment. Straightforward and friendly. 10/10
Total waste of time and money. Reached out for suffering a serious episode..numerous times. Spoke to office manager Tara..,she was totally useless as the Dr never returned my call. That was it…I would never refer or recommend this Dr to anyone.
Dr Pflaster is amazing, his staff at the Riverhead office is also incredible. Yet the NYU Langone service he recently teamed up with is the absolute worst. Their call center selection is awful, the receptionist are unhelpful and rude, and the mychart app never works properly. I truly hope Dr Pflaster ditches NYU Langone sooner than later.
