There is no professionalism in the office. You only see Physician Assistants who change every time you go there. They are rude and not willing to listen to you.
He used to be a great dr 30 years ago, that was before it was all about money. Now every patient is just a $ sign to him. Once he left the room I have heard him and his staff making fun of patients and their problems. I also hear rumor about him and his office manager. I will not return to this place as I do not support this kind of behavior.
I have gone to the Seneca Medical Center for 30+ years. I called them this winter and asked for an apt as I was in serious pain. I was told the next apt was 2 months later! Dr. Fell is the best doctor in this area, but his boss is only interested in money! This center won't be around in 10 years, as the patients are dropping them due to inability to get in to see them. Dr. Beals is an excellent doctor, as are the other doctors in the office. Most of the staff is pleasant, but sometimes the receptionists are not polite or helpful. Unfortunately, the waiting room waits are entirely too long due to his business growing and growing.
Seneca Medical Center needs to downgrade. They have gotten too big and patients are only a number there, not to mention that Dr. Beals is a nitwit and is not helpful AT ALL!
Dr. Beals is rude and unprofessional. When I asked what I should do about my carpel tunnel, he told me it was from my recent weight gain and if I were to live on a deserted island with nothing but nuts and berries to eat the problems would probably go away. He offered me no realistic advice and when questioned became very defensive. I will not be returning to the practice because I feel the service is unsatisfactory and is putting my health at risk.
Dr. Beals spends as much time with each patient as the patient wishes. He is intelligent and doesn't hesitate to recommend a specialist when one is needed.
I've consulted Dr. Beals for more than 10 years and I trust him entirely. He's a great doctor & individual. Don't know who could fault him.
