Ohh yes the receptionist is very rude! From the moment she answered the telephone, you can tell the distain in her voice. I asked her about some of the services they offered and that seemed to have upset her day. I did try and continue the conversation,and over look her attitude.but I just ended the call and took it as a loss (for them$$)
Dr. Cordice is incredible. I am always skeptical of urgent care places, but I was in such pain I decided to try. I had read some bad reviews mainly about the receptionist being rude, but when I called, which was 7:30 in the morning, Dr. Cordice answered. I had a broken tooth that was causing me extreme pain and I couldn't put up with it any longer. He told me to come in at 9. I went there, and he took such great care of me. I called Dr. Norman on Sunday afternoon after a night of throbbing pain in one of my wisdom teeth. I ended up going to work and telling him I was getting off at 6 PM. He met me at the office at 7 PM on Sunday evening to x-ray me and see what we could do about extracting the tooth. After saying it was not abscessed he numbed me up right then and there and had the tooth out within 30 minutes of the initial numbing.
