The horror of doctors!
My endocrinologist is retiring and I was referred to Dr. Fishman's office. I called and left message on 3/27/23. I received a call back a week later from Jennifer stating she had been out of office. I returned phone call and had to leave a message. Called again, left another message, I still have not received a return call. You can never talk with a live person and leaving a message is ignored.
Dr. is great. Trying to refill a prescription is worse than pulling teeth. Forget about trying to talk to a human on the phone - nobody answers. After a week, finally got a human on the phone. Come to find out that I have to go and pick up the prescription in person. Why couldn't they tell my pharmacist this? Now I have to wait for the doctor to write the prescription - he might not be in the office today so may not be ready until tomorrow.
