Dr Norman Chan was so helpful and kind. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with my hormone issues. His receptionists are so lovely and welcoming as well. Highly recommend

Love Norman! He delivered my two kids years ago and last year I had an Ablation and D & C which went great no dramas
When I asked about pain relief or any analgesia for a copper IUD placement he said it was unnecessary. I had my IUD placed with just Dr Chan in the room, when I started to tremor from pain I received a hard look and told "if you won't stay still then I won't do it". I understand I need to remain still... easier said than done with a rod jammed into your cervix. I felt embarassed, nauseated from pain, and pathetic from reacting to pain.
