Dr. Rokosz ruined my life during a back surgery. He tore one of the sciatic nerve roots, making my problems much worse than before I went in for surgery. He knew during the surgery that he had torn the nerve. When I woke up in the recovery room, screaming and crying from the worst pain I had ever felt, the nurse told me what happened without having to ask anyone.
