Have recently started visiting with Sergio Rodriguez at Garza Medical and really appreciate his concern and professionalism with me. I definitely want to make him my primary. KUDOS
Dr.Garza have been amazingly attentive to my mother's needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a primary care physician.
Very Poor Medical Group. Appointments keep getting canceled. Telehealth Appointments are never kept, plus you can Never, I mean NEVER get through on the phone.. left message after message. No one ever calls back.. plus, closed for lunch from 1200 to 145pm, really.... Thus place needs to answer your calls...No Patient Respect What so ever...
Awesome doctor! Very competent and thorough with medical care and explanations. Staff is friendly, compassionate and sweet. Awesome nurses. However, Yolanda needs to retire soon; referral coordinators need a refresher course or hand their job to someone that has the passion to do so. I’ve been waiting on authorizations for referrals since 2023, now going on 2024 and having to reschedule appts because they can’t figure it out! Not to mention complaints from my other medical providers and their staff. It takes weeks or months ... read more
