Quick, to the point, friendly and efficient. Called to make the appt and was able to fill a cancellation. Office staff and nurses are friendly and open to questions and offering assistance. I was in and out with a diagnosis in 15 minutes. Arrived before my initial appointment to turn in paperwork that was sent to me ahead of time. Scheduled surgery for an epidermal cyst removal at initial appt. Surgery went excellent at Alton Memorial Hospital.
