I've watched my family member with cancer get screwed around by this office for months. Cannot get insurance correct, so bills get sent to collections. Cannot communicate amongst themselves or with patients. Call to scold patient for not showing up, when patient canceled the appt over a week ago because of these issues.
I've watched my family member with cancer get screwed around by this office for months. Cannot get insurance correct, so bills get sent to collections. Cannot communicate amongst themselves or with patients. Call to scold patient for not showing up, when patient canceled the appt over a week ago because of these issues.
My husband's lymph nodes in his abdomen were enlarged in August but he screwed around till January to do biopsy. Found cancer but didn't know what kind. Scheduled another biopsy in March. Told him he had a pretty good run and his tumor was now 15 cm. Did chemo Seemed to be helping but cancer had spread to his brain He died in September. Had they done treatments when lymph nodes started to grow he would probably still be here The rest of the staff is great but I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

I have had a great experience with the office staff. Check in was alittle sketchy but once past that they took great care of me.
