I have had a great experience with the office staff. Check in was alittle sketchy but once past that they took great care of me.

The whole staff is phenomenal. Dr Rafique is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. The nurses that administer the chemo are amazing and ontop of things.
His staff is terrible! My husband had discharge orders from Mercy hospital to be seen by Dr. Rafique. I called next day out of hospital and was told they would call me back to set up appointment. I never heard from them so I called Friday and left a message on the nurse line. I never heard back. I called Monday and nobody has a clue! Sad!
Dr. Rafique is a great doctor, extremely knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. Not to mention his office staff are also top notch, very nice, and very helpful. I don't have enough room here to write everything that I'd like to say about Dr. Rafique , so again, I'll just say that he's a great doctor, great person, and I consider him a friend.
