Never met, saw, or spoke to the doctor who did my procedure. No explanation of the procedure. Filed complaint with Texas Medical Board. Stay away from this office!
Today I came in with my Father to get his biopsy results for a mass found on his liver that has been effecting his health for the last several weeks. When we arrived after checking in and sitting for 30mins we were called to the front counter and we were told the results were not in and that we needed to wait another week. I was told that they checked with the hospital. I picked up the phone and called the hospital medical records department and come to find out they had the medical records already. My doctor is great she is professional and avery caring doctor but my biggest complaint is the staff. They tell you something will take 5 to 10 minutes but they make you wait hours as if we do not work. The office has no consideration over people's time. When you call and leave a voice message they never return the call. They have the worse office staff that makes it difficult for the doctors and the worse problem is they have really monopolize that GI side wr are left with no choices and I feel that is why they treat people... read more
