I'm so disappointed with this clinic, on my third appointment I got a call from the nurse , she said the office will closed permanently and Doctor Desa no longer in the clinic🤨 wth thank god it happened before my surgery.
No one answers, no one returns calls, surgery scheduled in 6 days and cant get any information where to go or if its even gonna happen. Office staff has no regards to patients need for scheduling work off or the need to keep us informed. I wish i knew they were closing the office before we made an appointment. Staff is unprofessional.
Dr. Desa is caring and professional with his patients. My mother needed hernia surgery. Her PCP sent her to Dr. Desa. First, you can tell your time is valuable to him. We waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, after doing intake paperwork, the first visit and again less than 5 minutes the other two times we had appointments. This rating has everything to do with the rude, very confrontational and complete unprofessionalism of Ana and her manager Vivian. They both lack the compassion and humanity required to work in the medical field with patients who are seeking healthcare. Ana was rude from day one for absolutely no reason. Vivian is rude and hung up on my daughter and I twice when we were calling to complain about how rude and confrontational Ana is. Dr Desa is such a good Doctor. I recently had a Gastric Sleeve done. July 2024 . He made me feel so comfortable. He explained everything to me. Asked me if I had any questions. Answered my questions. His team was always there for me. Vivian and Ana are such a great help. Surgery was a success. I would highly recommend Dr Desa if your looking into Bariatric Surgery. Thank you ♥️
