The office ladies at the desk are very short with people and not very nice, even over the phone. They seem to want to stay closed off until it comes time for money then they change their tune but only for the financial transactions. They are to serve to public and should be more cordial or at at least act like they care to all patients. The waiting room and bathroom are usually very clean.
