Dr. Askenazi was recommended to me. I made an appointment for myself and my son. He broke his hand and had to go for xrays, so we rescheduled. My son threw up the day of the next appointment. I called to reschedule and was told that I'd be charged $50, since this was 2nd cancellation. I spoke with office manager, who would only reschedule appointment if I paid $50.
