Noc was pretty awesome. He asked me about the symptoms, he listened to what I observed and didn't talk to me like I was an idiot. I was concerned the cause may be an extreme engine issue and he diagnosed the problem could easily be caused by a much lower cost issue . Prices were fair, the service was very good. He disclosed that it may be the more serious issue but he was confident the issue would be resolved with the first repair. Excellent Service! Very honest and fair.
I tried Dr Noc based on a recommendation from someone else and could not be happier, They did a great job and were reasonably priced. Did not try to sell me on doing anything unnecessary.
Had NY Inspection done and they charged me $43.86 for 2 wipers and brake light bulb! I never authorized any repairs to be made.My old wipers were still new and $10 for a brake light bulb? I was forced to pay it and had no choice as the owner started getting very loud and vulgar. What a con man. I was hoping to support small business in my area and this is what I got. This place is a rip-off! STAY AWAY!
