I've been going to Dr. Baird-Cross for several years now. She ALWAYS takes her time, asks great questions, thorough about her exams and great bedside manner!! As an African American woman myself, she is exactly what I needed in a doctor. Someone who seriously cares about my health.

I just felt very neglected the entire time and like I was disturbing her. She didn’t seem to care about anything, almost narcissistic. She also prescribed medicine that is not appropriate and then denies meds which are. Never read my chart before apts and never followed up once. Then when I would finally come back it was a response of “you again.” Yes me again, I have felt sick for two years and pay you 200 for a video chat, I’m sorry to disturb you maam

Dr. Baird-Cross takes her time to always listen to my concerns. She never rushes me through my appointment and ALWAYS follows up when she says she is going to do so. She is very educated, extremely competent and knowledgeable about her specialty. I feel completely comfortable with her decision and felt she has included my opinions in ALL of treatment plans. She is BEYOND thorough and I would highly recommend her as a physician. The only complaint I have is the long wait for a new patient to get an appointment with her. The w... read more

Went in for my annual visit, visit was changed to an Est patient visit which charged me a $20 copay. My wonderful PCP switched to another location and when I received the noticed, the front desk said Dr. Baird was available. Dr. Baird made my visit solely on my foot when in fact I asked about my foot at the end of the visit and her response was very condescending when I sent a message about my concern. I still had my preventative lab work done; which I should not have because she "claim" I did not get a physical when CLEARLY... read more

No follow thru. Orders tests that are not for her to decide important or not ( scans for cancer patient) and lets them stay on desk 5 days. She doesn’t call with results and doesn’t react to exams that reveal issues. I would be in trouble if I didn’t do the follow up myself by acquiring results, sending reports to proper doctors. We are humans. We deserve courtesy and respect for our lives.

I have never been so dissappointed by a DR. She was with me for all of 90 seconds, if that. She didn't tell me what she thought my symptoms were pointing to, nor did she explain the perscriptions that she gave me. It wasn't until afterwards that I called CVS and found out she prescribed me a medicine I am allergic to. Unbelievable. Love the practice but will avoid her at all costs.

I have been with Dr Baird for about 3 years. She has always been professional and we discuss my health and options for treatments. After having major surgery a year ago Dr Baird, changed some of my prescriptions to accommodate my recovery, then we returned to my normal levels when recovered. She sees me more often (every 3-6 months) to check to see there are no lingering complications.
