In Toronto, I’ve been to several different hospitals, but this was the first time I truly felt the warmth of a “department.” Dr. Nitin Sarin performed my gastroscopy—he was very kind and professional. Every staff member had a smile, was polite, and patient. Before going to the hospital, I was afraid of having a gastroscopy because I had a bad experience at Rudd Clinic. The phone booking and the doctor there were both impolite and unprofessional, which left me feeling upset.
Dr Nitin Sarin is a remarkable Dr. He listens to patients concerns & makes expertise assessments & recommendations. He is kind, caring & skilled. I have seen him for many years, and never felt rushed
I would put 0 if there’s an option. Receptionist extremely rude when I tried to reschedule my appointment time. She just transferred me to another extension and cut me off.
Dr Nitin Sarin did a gastroscopy to burn polyps in my wife’s stomach. During the procedure he left her bleeding inside her stomach. We only found this out after she was in a ton of pain and went to the emergency. She’s been hospitalized for 4 days, has had to receive a blood transfusion and another doctor had to go back in and stop the bleeding. We’ve had a terrible experience following his procedure, which the hospital confirmed was because of his poor work.
Was referred by my GP and got a call on a Thursday that Dr Sarin wanted to see me and it was urgent so to come on the following Monday. Hang up the phone to find out I have to get blood work redone and to pick up requisition that same Thursday. Rush to get blood work done on Friday and show up on Monday where they confirm that the person I spoke to would have made the appointment for the Monday but had somehow put it in the booking as a week later!
