When calling to figure out what we needed to come in for a consultation, we were hung up on - on the second call - and told to not call again. The receptionist was rude and refused to repeat herself. The doctor took the time to come pick up the phone and tell us not to call again. Awful.
I feel so fortunate to have met Dr. Sheth and have him as one of my go-to physicians in New York City. He is a rarity in this day and age; spending as much time as necessary with his patients, always being honest with his opinion, and is very knowledgeable about all of the conditions that he treats.
